BBL Hero
What it does: BBL HERO is a noninvasive laser treatment that uses different wavelengths of light to treat several skincare concerns at once.
Who it’s for: Anyone who wants to treat multiple skin concerns at one time. Ideal for those with acne, uneven pigmentation, aging skin and for patients who want to treat redness or rosacea.
What to expect: Please allow 60 minutes for this noninvasive skin treatment. Please arrive well-hydrated with a clean, makeup-free face. During the treatment, you’ll notice a cooling sensation and minimal to no discomfort. You may notice a warming sensation for 30-60 minutes post-treatment. Results are visible in 2-3 weeks. Your MK Aesthetics provider may recommend 3 treatments for best results.

Post-Care Instructions
Immediately After Visit
Avoid sun exposure and wear sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher. Makeup may be used post-treatment if desired. Please be gentle to the treated area and do not scratch or pick at your skin. Wash skin with lukewarm (not hot) water. Pat skin dry (do not rub). Avoid shaving, swimming pools and spas. Avoid scented lotions or soaps, exfoliant creams (Retin-A, glycolic/salicylic and alpha-hydroxy acids), acne creams or gels, loofa sponges and aggressive scrubbing.
Within 2 Days
Avoid strenuous exercise and activities that cause excessive perspiration for 24 hours post-treatment.
Within 3 Days
You may see pigmentation that resembles coffee grounds 3-4 days after the treatment. Do not try to exfoliate the spots away, as they will resolve on their own. If your skin does not get these spots, it does not mean the treatment did not work. If your treatment targeted redness, your blood vessels may appear darker at first. This is because blood vessels in the deeper layers of the skin absorb the light, and the heat created by the light damages the vessels. The vessels are shut down and the body continues to absorb the destroyed vessel, resulting in an initial darkening.
Within 1 Week
Strictly avoid any sun exposure to the treated area for a minimum of 7-14 days post-procedure. After 1 week, you may start using routine skincare products that contain Retin-A, glycolic/salicylic and alpha-hydroxy acids.
Within 2 Weeks
Avoid tweezing, waxing, bleaching and chemical peels for 2 weeks after your treatment.
