Timeframe:
Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of
purchase.

Eligibility:
Only unopened and unused medical grade skincare products are eligible for return.

The product must be in its original packaging, including all seals and labels intact.

Proof of Purchase:
A valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns.

Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team either by phone or email, providing the following information:

• Order number

• Product name and quantity

• Reason for the return

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the
safe return of the product.

We are not liable for any lost or damaged returns during transit.

Inspection and Refund:
Upon receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return policy requirements.

If the returned product is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

The refund will be for the purchase price of the returned product, excluding any shipping or handling charges.

Exclusions:
For safety and hygiene reasons, opened or used medical grade skincare products are not eligible for return.

Products that have been tampered with or are not in their original condition will not be accepted for return.

We offer shipping services for medical products to ensure timely and efficient delivery. The available shipping methods and estimated timeframes are as follows:

 a) Standard Shipping:
Delivery Timeframe: Allow 2-3 business days to process. Delivery is commonly 3-5 business days.

Shipping Fee: Flat Rate $10

Tracking Information: Provided when
shipping out.
